- Dr. Ashish Atreja, former CIO and Chief Digital Health Officer of UC Davis Health, widely known as "The App Doctor," is an internationally recognized physician executive and entrepreneur who has pioneered the creation of AI Centers of Excellence across health systems.
The Global AI Academy was formally launched at the India AI Summit 2026 by Aneesh Chopra, the first Chief Technology Officer of the United States and former Assistant to U.S. President Barack Obama, and Dr. Rajeev Raghuvanshi, Drugs Controller General of India.
